At first glance, Magic of the Ring seems like a fairly simple design, with well-crafted symbols etched in gold. It has just enough opulence for its medieval setting, and the mysterious mystical backdrop will leave a hint of magic in the air. However, upcoming tech wizards, Wazdan, have dropped in multiple small easter eggs, like the jewels that are actually paylines, or the turtle who controls your play speed.

This game is designed for the serious player, who enjoys a good design, but doesn’t need tons of backstory; the player who wants to get straight into game play and attempt to relieve the dragon of its hoard.

You start off this Tolkien-esque game by deciding on your bet size and using the + and – buttons to select an amount from 0.20 to 200. Once you’ve set this up you’re ready to hit spin! You can do single spins manually or employ the autoplay function which allows you to program the total numbers of spins, and offers you the option to stop automatically when it triggers one of your preset restrictions. These can be set to stop at any win: when you win a free spin, when a single win hits a specific value, or if your balance increases or decreases beyond your set limitations.
